Craig joined PHD Equity Partners as a Partner when it was established in 2008. Prior to this he spent 14 years at KPMG, undertaking corporate finance and due diligence assignments in the UK and overseas after qualifying as a chartered accountant in 1992. Craig sits on the board of all six of PHD’s current investments. He has a background in advising SME owners and is therefore ideally placed to source and review potential new investments for the fund. He has also lectured to leading banks on how to assess the competence of management teams which is invaluable in his role.
