Sam Thomas is a barrister and leading expert in the areas of Regulatory Law, Financial Compliance and Cyber Resilience. He is the co-author of Cyber Security: Law and Practise (Lexis Nexis) and Blockchain and Cryptocurrency: International Legal and Regulatory Challenges (Bloomsbury). Sam sits on the Bar Council IT Panel and writes a quarterly article for Counsel Magazine. He is recognised by Chambers & Partners and the Legal 500, and was nominated in his area of expertise as the Legal 500 Junior of the Year in 2024, 2025 and 2026.
